REFUND POLICY
Dexter DS endeavors to give clients the best services possible and in a professional manner. However, our services are intangible therefore unable to be returned but Clients can be refunded Subject to Dexter Digital Solutions internal terms and conditions.
Dexter DS agrees and acknowledges that it may honor refund requests from the Client within 48 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario, Client agrees and acknowledges that client shall accept reasonable refund amount. Reasonable refund amount may be actual fees paid reduced by taxes. Any service fees or other losses that may arise as a result of starting the project and 10% administration charges.
Client accepts, agrees, and acknowledges that the assigned projects shall be executed based on complete analysis and scope document. This shall be a prerequisite in order to make sure that Developer’s teams get the complete understanding of the work needed to be done and thereby chances of project cancellation or termination shall be avoided. In case the client is unable to finalize analysis and scope document then client agrees and acknowledges that developer shall never be held responsible for any refund. Client accepts, agrees and acknowledges that the project shall be under the purview of milestones (modules) which shall be taken as a basis for direction / road-map. Therefore, Both the parties agree and acknowledge that there shall be no question for any refund of completed milestones (modules).
However, Developer agrees and acknowledges that Developer may refund advanced fees (if any) for future milestones in the case of mutual termination of project.
Client accepts, agrees and acknowledges that client shall not have any rights including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights over any work done which is subject to refund. Client further accepts, agrees and acknowledges that developer shall be the sole owner for said work done and may use it as per its requirements without any present or future permissions from client.
Company is not bound to pay the refund, if the client has breached any of the company’s policies.
